Our Cartoon Characters are under the Commercial license and are available for most uses including commercial, editorial and personal. You are allowed to use our characters for websites, print advertising, newsletters, business card design, packaging, t-shirts, displays, logos (the image cannot be copyrighted or trademarked), apps, cd covers, magazine articles, e-books, games, facebook pages etc…
Unauthorized use
- You may not sub license and/or place any of cartoon characters, modified or unmodified, on website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.
- If you want to put any of our cartoon characters on merchandise such as t-shirts and coffee mugs and resell them or use it as trademark or service mark please contact us.
- You may not use our Cartoon Characters for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of our characters, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- You may not use for any pornographic or unlawful purpose, to defame a person, to violate a person’s right to privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity.
Since ToonChar.ga is offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods we do not issue refunds after character purchase is made. It is your responsibility to understand what the receive.
Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, the selected cartoon character will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hour, but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
Support
ToonChar.ga offers these cartoon characters 'as is'. Further, we offer no support for customization. This is paid service which is not included in the package price. ToonChar.ga provides support via e-mail. We will not provide any support via phone. Warranty ToonChar.ga does not warranty or guarantee these cartoon characters in any manner. Your use of our cartoon characters is at your sole risk.
The cartoon characters are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You expressly understand and agree that ToonChar.ga shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses.
ToonChar.ga reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Prices of all characters are subject to change from us.
